The Traditional Side Car
The Sidecar is a classic cocktail with a rich history dating back to the early 20th century, rooted in Paris or London. It is rumored to have been created for an American Captain in the Army who frequently arrived at the bar in a sidecar. This cocktail is a more citrus-forward, uncomplicated, brighter cocktail than its contemporary counterpart. Whether you're a connoisseur or just seeking a reliable drink, the side car remains a popular pick for those of us that still prefer the classic tastes over the contemporary!

Whoa....could this cocktail be named after this "SIDE COMPANION"?
